JISBI (Journal of Information System and Business Intelligence) menerapkan kebijakan open access penuh, yang berarti seluruh konten artikel dapat diakses secara bebas tanpa biaya oleh pembaca, peneliti, maupun masyarakat umum. Jurnal ini percaya bahwa pengetahuan ilmiah harus tersedia secara terbuka untuk mendorong kolaborasi global, percepatan inovasi, dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Dengan model akses terbuka ini, setiap pembaca memiliki hak untuk:
